hello everyone. thanks for everyone's (or most of your) cooperation today in welcoming mr.teo. although i know most of you don't like him,thank you for making today a memorable day for him.i could tell he was happy,haha. and thanks to those who prepared presents for him. all in all,today was great,thank you,everyone! oh,esp steffie,who did lots for this celebration(: i'll try and get the pictures and put them up soon!

ok 4G.this is an update on the teacher's day celebration on monday.

everyone's(or most of you) have already paid $2 for the celebration. but eventually the money's not enough.so this is an option. because we've collected $66+$5(original money in the fund) so we have a total of $71.00. today steffie,cinyi and i went to buy the materials and things for the teacher's day celeb. here's what we bought:

-mr.chan and mr.teo's teacher's day presents(photo frames+decorative ornaments) $28.80
-materails to decorate the teacher's lockers $4.50
-teacher's day cake(1.5kg) $45.00

from all of this,we are already $5 short. moreover,what's a party without drinks and balloons? bt they will cost money once again. so i will take a vote.or rather whoever's willing to say something.or anyone who still visits this blog-.- if you all want the drinks,i'll buy them say...sunday? then i'll collect the remainder of the money on wednesday. if i have no reply,we'll just carry on with what we have.

ok.what we are supposed to do for teacher's day:
we're supposed to write out our dedication to teachers which has already been completed,thank you to everyone who contributed. and we're supposed to throw a mini celebration with money funded from our class fund. that is why we are collecting additonal class fund. we estimated spending around $87 for a real celebration. with presents,drinks,food, and decoration costs. we managed to collect around $66 though,which is good as it is. but it is not enough. that is why i suggested collecting additional funds.

during the celebration,steffie,yangyu and some others will go to mr.chan and mr.teo's locker to decorate them. the rest of us will prepare the class decorations(if there are any) then the two teachers will come in and we will cut the cake. after that we're supposed to organise some games, but as of now,i can't think of anything. so for the time being,it will be free&easy. but the teachers are supposed to be the 'stars of the day', so please don't talk only amongst ourselves but talk to the teachers too(although i know it'll be hard for mr.teo,haha!) after that we'll be dismissed at 11.00am, but if anyone wants to stay longer,by all means.
BUT
don't run away after the celebration! we're supposed to clean up! so please stay behind.

by the way,just to inform. only two teachers are coming to our class, our form and buddy form teachers, whereas classes like 4F have FIVE teachers(including mr.siew) going over to their class.i wonder why? time to ask ourselves. this is secondary. from what ive heard,starting next term, all our english teachers have expressed interest to no longer teach our class. why is this so? i believe mr.siew has been very nice to our class already,yet we give him a bloody shit attitude. is this how we repay kindness? with evil? i shan't say anymore,but our prelims are next friday,so for the last week, can we at least pay attention during english classes to save our reputation and our last three weeks of studying english?

hello 4G. seems no one has blogged in a long time.
today's post has good news and bad news.

bad news:
4G didn't do well for sports fiesta at all. the only medal we won is a bronze in the table tennis. i assume we got 4th for all the other events. to those who are here, mr.chan has posted something in the forum for us to see. don't be discouraged. studies are more important! haha.we did so badly cos all of us were too busy studying :D

good news:
the class graduation video is finally finished! after two gruelling long days in kathryna's house and enduring her incessant cusses, we've finally finished editing the video! it last 8minutes which is quite long.but i hope it will be accepted. thanks to everyone who helped in the production of this video. there were really alot of people who tried their best to help out in the video although they initially seemed unwilling.
to those who didn't help out and tried to 'ruin' the video.. i have nothing to say.

i'll try and get copies of the video for everyone if anyone wants. but then,we're gonna get it in our graduation pack right? haha.so i think no need :D

oh.and alot of our classmates are sick. look after yourselves alright? bye.

hello fourg.it appears no one hsa blogged in a long time.lols.anyways.i'm blogging today for a few reasons:

1.the class grad video deadline has been kindly extended by mrkung to 11th august,the day we come back to school after our sports fiesta. however,even though we have more time,i want to do a proper job. everyone has heard what mrchan has got to say today(i'm surprised too,i didn't mention anything about the difficulties i had to him). so please,you want to leave our legacy right? we're the one and only 4G and i hope everyone in our class is proud of that! so i hope we can co-operate more with the grad video.

today was rather horrible.just getting people to come in front to take a group picture and people had to scream and others were cursing. please,is it that hard?! it's a harder time planning alright.moreover.most people in the class are BARELY INVOLVED IN ANYTHING! so can't you just do your part in the class pictures/videos? i had initially wanted to take a video of the celebration,but during the song people were singing weird and some censored things,how was i supposed to take a picture of that? furthermore,everyone was so dead in the picture,liven up a little can? it was already very generous of mdm uuchi to give up her period so we could have a celebration.

please,i don't want this to happen again. i do not want a case whereby our class video only has half the class in it because the other half just couldn't give a shit! so please,for future videos,please help out! we have a few scenes we'll require the entire class,PLEASE CO-OPERATE! if you don't give a shit about the memories you have in gess,think about those who want to have memories! there are people there who want to remmeber the good times they've spent in gess!

2.the chemistry test on sports fiesta is fake-.- msmah was just bluffing.

3.pay the money for the tea thing organised for the peer tutees and tutors.

4.sports fiesta is coming! everyone train hard please,we must get sports class of the year again this year!

5.pictures from the celebration with mr.paul tan! ok firstly,to clarify things.the celebration was mainly only for the ssp students,because mr.chan feels that we benefited the most from mr.tan and felt that it would be unfair for everyone to pay for the celebration because not everyone really benefited from mr.paul tan.so that's why some people were not invited.

paradoys of teachers will be done in different venues,so actors,please be prepared(eg,mslim at tiong park,msmah at chem lab,mrchan at phy lab etc.) and we may need people to make up the numbers in the video,so if you can be around,BE AROUND. this is not a request anymore,it's a demand! cos we really don't have time,i repeat again.

hello 4g! just to let everyone know,we've bought a red tailed black shark today.the picture is in previous posts. and i realised some people have feed the fish with wayy to much tubeflex worms still the water become really dirty and the worms are all clogging up the empty spaces on the tank. PLEASE CONTROL! if you want to feed,do so PRUDENTLY! lols.

ok,since we're not getting the fish tank. hyukkee and i have gone ahead to buy the things for the fish tank.as those who went to SSP today,you would've seen the new things in the fish tank.

as of now,we have:
1 bogwood
3 aquatic plants
3 tiger barbs
1 black ghost
1 lobster

as i've mentioned.i won't be paying for this.i'll collect the money from the class fund. it's a total of $18. so if the fish are scared to death or anything, i won't be the one "losing money" i have "lost" too much money already. if people want to scare the fish,then be prepared to pay the price.

First of all,a bigger fish tank would require more time and effort to stabilise and mantain it. So KaiLeun,you'll need to come up with a solution if you really want to keep the tank(: Besides that,everyone has to pay around 70cents for the tank(total price $25)

Too bad i didn't post yesterday,if not i've posted 5 days in a row(including today) But then there was chinese oral to study for, it was relatively easy right? Plus the examiners were nice :D Good luck to everyone,since we can only take oral once D: We still have listening compre btw. Oh,and for those who stayed back to clear up chemistry,good job! We're cleared! But there are still a few who didn't come today. Hope everyone handed in their alkane and alkene worksheet. It's the first worksheet,don't disappoint MsMah.

Anyway,the "verdict" is out -.- we're keeping the fish tank. However,i will say here that i WILL NOT BE DOING EVERYTHING AGAIN. For the frequent changes on water, please regulate amongst some people. I will contirbute too of course. And please,don't do things that will cause the fish to die and give everyone the impression that i can't keep the fish alive. it's getting past irritating. Moreover,if the fish don't die,we won't need to do much for the tank (like the goldfish).

Anyway,after asking around:

20 have agreed to keep the tank.

9 have disagreed to keep the tank.

2 have chosen not to bother themselves with the fish tank.

the remaining 8 i haven't got the chance to ask.

Now the only thing left is to choose what fish to add into the tank. If not many poeple vote,i will just collate the votes i have. Anyway,in the meantime i have found a new more fishes. Apparently,people in the class want COLOURFUL FISH. And these are a few i have found:

These are the bolivian and german blue rams. Around evening WeeLeong Cinyi and I went to see some fishes, and they said these fishes looked nice and wanted them in our tank. Well,i did some research and found out that they are cichlid, and are quite hard to keep based on other poeple's experience. Given our class condition of treating the fish,i don't fully suggest this fish. But they are very beautiful fish. it's $2 for one, quite expensive.

And KailLeun said he wanted to buy a bigger fish tank and it'll be around $25 dollars. Anyone else interested?

Thanks to those who have already tagged! Anyway,wanted to say good job to all those(18) who did well(distinction) for their physcis re-exam! Omg,my results sucked to the max. So ya,good job. For once we win 4H by so much :D But i suspect Ryan got 40/40.. Cause of question8 which was marked wrongly. Walao,full marks-.-

As some people have mentioned. Ya,it's kinda hard for everyone to come here and tag because some don't use the computer these few days cause they're chionging studies. So,i'll just take the opinions of those who DO visit the blog(there has to be some right??) Or just ask slowly one by one the poeple in class.

1. Ong Zhen Yang-the fish tank is a waste of time,school resources. Must keep mantaining,the fish die,now got mosquito. Plus turn on the pump and light waste the school's power. Take it away,ya,tell the rest. I say take it away.
2.Ong Edwin-Ya,he(zhenyang) said everything already. Just take away the fish tank.
3.Choo JiaSheng-i love the fishes,make them come back pls.

Yup,today's xinyi's birthday *claps* Thanks to Arjun, WeeLeong and HaoZhe for helping us with the physics SPA so we could go out and celebrate X: I owe you all one!
Anyway,few things today. One, congrats to Choo JiaSheng again, here are some pictures of his "Once In A Lifetime Opportunity" The pictures are sent to everyone on the gessportal.

Another thing is to talk about the fish tank. I've had quite a few complains about the fish tank already. I will say it once and for all, THE MANTAINING OF THE FISH TANK IS NOT ONLY MY RESPONSIBILTY, BUT EVERYONE'S RESPONSIBILTY! So perhaps instead of keep asking us to do things to the fish tank,maybe once in a while you can help out, or at least SEEM INTERESTED! Like the posts on the class blog. As i've gathered,a lot of people have said that they've come to th class blog but didn't tag about the fish. I'm not asking much am i? I just want(if that's the choice of everyone) to have fish in the class that everyone would supposingly like. For the past six months it has been mainly me(and a few other individuals) that are mantaining the tank, choosing the fish. I mean, the tank is SUPER UNIQUE to our class, so is it too demanding that people GET CONCERNED with the fish tank?

Enough is enough,either people start responding to the fish tank and stuff, even if your comment is that you don't want the fish tank, I WILL TAKE AWAY THE FISH TANK! I'll empty the water so mosquitos won't come, and i'll leave it there. That's all i have to say. Think about it.

First day of school is over! How was it? But today was full of 'celebrating", but tomorrow is back to serious business! By the way, there is both english and social studies tomorrow! Have you finished the homework? Anyway,all remember to stay back for 1h to have physcis Spa lessons.

Ok,update on the fish tank. I don't know why but apparently, mosquitos have made their home there-.- Ok,that's quite serious. Anyway, WeeLeong has kindly cleared all the visible eggs and larva from the class tank. Ok,two reasons i have come up with. No1. No fish,so nothing to 'get rid' of the eggs. No2. Someone(don't know who) went to turn off the pump. Cause with the pump in operation, the water won't be stagnent,and theoratically,mosquitos shouldn't lay their eggs there. I have no idea who did it,but whoever did left the lights on, and as a result an enormous amount of algae has formed on the fish tank and the gravel. So a lot of mantainece has to be done.

I don't know if you all would want this. But WeeLeong (i think) has suggested that we take away the fish tank(or the fake fish in the tank,i'm not too sure) Anyway, if anyone thinks that having the fish tank is a hazard to our lives blah blah,just tell me. We'll do away with the fish tanks and we can all live in peace once again.

Oh,and i can't believe some people actually thought the fish were real!

Anyway,good job Jiasheng, bringing glory to our class! Lol,and good job 4G for cheering so loudly, until Jiasheng also "paiseh" (diao) Today was not bad in all,hope tomorrow will be alright too. Nights.

Have you done your homework? Cut your hair? omg,we were given such late notice. And erm,prepared yourself for term three! Lol,cut the crap. Yes,school finally opens tomorrow! (all too soon..) Hey 4g,we've finally cleared all our re-exams! The 'O' levels aren't excatly very far away, the time we have left is really very short and we should all start to study already, for every subject!

Anyway, MsMah said to collect your SPA files from her locker. But, we need to bring the P-power and Acid SPA worksheets;she said she'd post more information on the gessportal. But just try to bring them ASAP cos fyi,we haven't done our tagging yet either..

School is opening soon, on Monday to be exact, remember to do your homework,try to chiong the last few days, cause i think not many actually did anything(like me) :D Last thing, as requested by KaiLeun(who said he loves fishes Oo) i'm gonna post the pictures of the fish i'm thinking of putting in the tank:

First of all,everyone wanted tigers,dolphins,whales.. I can't give any of those,but i can give you a shark:

Meet the Red-tailed Black Shark. This is a really really beautiful fish(and it's a shark,really. It's in the shark family) But it grows to quite a large size,both the sharks do. And it's rather aggressive, so if you want to keep this fish,we can't use tetras, but tiger barbs(picture later/next time) But i'm not even sure if i can find it. Not manyt shops sell, i may have to find a substitue(which looks rather identical).

Meet the Bala Shark. This shark i can find! And it's rather small, about 4-5cm and it's only for $1.50. But this shark grows to around 36cm, and rather quick. What i suggest is to put this shark in the school pond once it out-grows our tank(Then we'll always have a part to play in the eco-pond! haha) Fyi,this shark isn't agressive,so most fish can co-live with this beautiful creature.

If we have a red-tailed shark,i suggest having tiger barbs and clown loaches. Because tiger barbs are agressive as well, so no one party will suffer. Clown loach,so i've heard,is able to co-live with the Red-Tailed Black Shark, so it's a pretty good choice of a bottom-feeder:

Meet the Tiger Barb! (it's somewhat a tiger,like jiansheng said,lol) It's quite an agressive fish. And they look rather nice. Plus,there's more than one type of Tiger Barbs. If we decide to keep a shark,i suggest this fish. But with other community fish(aka tetras) i'd rather not. They'd attack the other fishes.

Meet the clown loach! This is another fish that can grow rather big. But i think it takes a good 30years for it to grow up to it's maximum size,30cm. I've had experience of this fish jumping out of the tank,so need to be careful. But it's a good community fish, and i heard it doesn't fight with the Red-Tailed Black Shark, so it's a pretty good option. But this fish may be a little expensive. However, i think it's colours would suit the tiger barbs and they'll look nice together.

Besides this,i was planning to add REAL plants into the class tank.

It may take some mantaining,but it'll look nicer. But then it'll take a lot of time,i may need people to help me. Doing everything alone sometimes can be quite depressing.. kay,bye.

Hello 4G! Mrchan is back on the forum! Lol,and he posted a lot,and i think it makes sense,so go read it! Besides that,I'm sure some of you have heard about the MOE voting/polling thing-a-ma-gic. Go to www.channelnewsasia.com/singapore/index.htm to vote whether school should resume or should the holidays be extended by ONE MORE WEEK! And i'm not sure if you've heard about that North Korea ship that's heading for myammar via Singapore route. I'm not sure what's going on, but if they decided to bomb us halfway before going halfway.. ... ... yeah.

Anyway! I've more or less decided what fish to add into our school tank! Neon tetras! Cause Timothy gave me and extra 15, so now i have 25 neon tetras in my tank and that's not too pretty. So i'm deciding to give some to the class! (plus they're brightly coloured Sumi) But i just need to choose those that don't have the white spots.. The breakout in my tank is not completely over yet.

So work hard, re-exam for Social Studies is tomorrow (and i've just started-.-) 8am i think, i'm not too sure. Ask around alright? Kay,bye.

Hey! Im back from my holiday,haha. erm,okay.i don't think everyone knows about what happened to the fish in the class tank.. So here's the story:

last week i went back to class for math lessons,then i realised the goldfish had SUPER SEVERE(sybillant alliteration,haha) white spots, which is an illness,a very common one,something like flu for humans. it may be common,but if you don't treat it,they'll die from it eventually, just like humans. if they have the flu virus and don't get enough rest, it'll soon turn fatal. and well,if the white spots was serious, means the goldfish got the illness over the week and no one treated them. So yeah,it'll be really really hard to treat them,so i just seperated them.. Then i think the extra stress on the fish made them die faster D:

So they died by the afternoon.. and i released the still-alive-but-confirm-still-going-to-die goldfish into the eco pond and they got eaten by the cicihilds(erm..the fish below). I took the remaining fishes home to try and recuperate them. Lo and Behold,they infected my entire fish tank-.- well,it's better now and i think i will keep the other fish in my tank. Timothy is selling me some more fish, maybe i will consider putting those in the tank.

Anyway, Kaileun suggested having discus. Which erm,i think is not good. But if you all want, can try lor. But the money for the discus will be from the class fund already, not from my own pocket, cause im not confident at all that they will survive. The other option is i buy new fish. Maybe a change is good too.

Another thing, i am thinking of replacing the fake plants in the tank with real plants, because the fake plants are quite ulgy? haha. But that'll have to wait till school re-opens. So that's the current situation of the fish tank in class.

If anyone has anymore suggestions, please tell me.

hey everyone! so finally,the birthday celebration for march,april,may and june babies is over! i'm sure not everyone attended the celebration(i wasn't there too,but i was held up by my lessons!) so look foward to the next (july)birthday celebration! btw,please be more pro-active next time and POSE FOR A PICTURE PLEASE! so at least we have more pictures of our class together :D

day one of lessons are over! just another two days and we'll have more time for the holidays! (ok,actually that's what i want :D) the mother tongue o level exam is over! good job people.i think i will fail, didn't realise the paper was so hard.. anyway,we still have the oral coming out! so please prepare for that(mdm jing gave us an oral paper to work on btw)

reminder for both the committee meeting on friday(5th june) and the GRADUATION VIDEO COMMITTEE! we need to start planning for the video soon! so please,volunteer your services!

I seriously agree...we are at fault this time.On one hand, we want Mr Siew to provide us with holiday lessons. On the other hand, we refuse to do his work. What is this? English is an important subject that we would nid to consider in our 'O' levels, but yet, so many of us are failing English.In order to improve English, we would nid to do every piece of work that he gives us.Anyway, on that day,he commented that we were like "vultures" swarming around the holiday lesson plans to sign up for a slot.Please, we nid to be more civilised. Instead of arguing, shouting, bullying our way into the desired slot, why cant we discussed it nicely instead?Well, u may say "the early bird catches the worm",but,will we be able to all catch the "worm" at the same time? If not, why hurry? There's plenty of slots on the plan. Are we showing our Enthusiam over the study of English this way? To improve a language subject, we would have to put in more effort in it compared to maths, science.One way to help is to READ.Reading helps.Seriously.By reading, u are expanding ur vocab bank and at the same time practising on comprehending the story. Ok seriously, this month sucks.We got scolded by almost every teacher that came into our class.Now, watever we do, we must provide a reason, a "stand" to clarify our actions. Seriously, this is going too far. There is only so much that a human being can withstand before cracking under the pressure, the scoldings. Do we nid to be scolded? If no, then why are we getting scolded everyday? It really sucks,u know.Some of us are feeling very pressurized bcos of this.Now, we are even notorious in the school..lol I am also getting more and more confused by the actions that Mr Chan has taken towards us.Its quite frustrating...i know that many of us want to fight back, argue ,stand up for our rights, but the 1st sentence coming out of our mouths would probably be "**** la, wat u wan us to do?" As such, we cant argue or fight back as this will probably offend Mr Chan and as such, earn us another scolding...Well, wat can we do? Maybe to try to be more serious, caring and to quieten down a little. As they say,"Empty vessels makes the most noise", stop showing others that our class consists of "empty vessels"(srry if it stings a little) and not matured people. Well i hope that this situation will end soon cause we will nid to focus more on our studies and not on reflecting on our mistakes:)

everyone's posting so frequently on the 4G forum but no one has come to the class blog! our class blog is still in operation okay.please don't "kil" it(make it dead) lol. anyway,i know you all go to the forum either because mrchan asked you all too,or cause there you can really express your views instead of a small miserable chat-box that we have here. but there are things i post about our class on the class blog as well! so it's still important that you come here :D

ok,first thing. it's about the teachers. today (as for the past few days) we got scolded again.while our chinese teacher was quite sastified(somewhat) with our performance in class,other teachers are not. i really hope the class,instead of just NATO,can really change for the better! do you really like our class to be black-listed so badly? we're infamous like hell,alright.

ok,next thing. it's about the fish tank. i've gotten complains from teachers(ok,just mrteo) about the fish tank. he said we did so badly cause we look at the fish(wth?) but yeah. anyway, that's not why i want to remove it. seems as though no one cares about it anymore, and if no one gives a damn besides trying to disrupt the fish's peaceful lives(aka causing tusnami and cyclone and earthquakes in the tank) i don't think we should keep it any longer.
if anyone is unhappy that the money will be wasted,i will take care of that. so please, express your views on the tagboard! (haha,got reason to come here already)

ok,few more things to post today. it's about the birthday celebration again. since no one has any violent objections, i will hold the celebration after school on 3rd june at the canteen. and i'll OUR BUDDY CHAN and mr.teo(no objections?) since we're supposed to share everything with our dear buddy chan and mr.teo. and this is an earnest plea:

PAY UP THE CLASS FUND!

till today,some buggers haven't even paid for march's class fund. seriously,it's not fair to the others.if you're part of the class,you'll pay. to those pathetic people who insist on not paying(you know who i mean):seriously, get a life man. you are in this class you pull your weight,if you don't want to be in the class,i tell you here-i don't want you in it as well! if you really want to continue to be so obstinate i really cant do anything but to ostracize you,as what u seem like you want.am i right?
for the rest,please bring money tommorrow :D

okay 4G,serious business.
i'm sure everyone got scolded today right? not just by mrchan but by mrsiew also. and not that i'm supporting mr.chan, just i really think it's time we got an attitude check. seriously, we kaopei mr.teo, ms.mah is already bad enough. but to think some of us in the class actually made mr.siew so angry.

he's a really nice person,and he rarely gets THAT angry,trust me. and he's doing seriously a lot for our class.you may not realise. but btw,he WAS a full-time teacher, but for the love of teaching,and for the love of his students,he gave up being a full-time teacher to be a part-time teacher so that he would be rid off all the meetings etc etc so that he could have more time with his students. he's also giving up his june holidays AND HE'S NOT GETTING PAID A SINGLE CENT! eh please,$340 a day is damn a lot of money, in a month he can earn $9000+ and by teaching us these 9days, he(in a way) lost $2820! that's almost a month's salary.

i'm not asking for much. just please,make his lessons enjoyable for him. it'll benefit the both of us. i'm not asking to score As,just show him a positive attitude and he will do his best to help us score our grade. english is no longer a subject we can don't study and don't bother about. what's the point of scoring 6As but get a C in english? in the end you'll still have to use it for L1R5 right?

so anyway,the arrangement(somewhat) has been made. mr.siew will continue to teach us, but the moment we show him the same attitude as we have currently, he will 'leave' again. furthermore, those who do not wish to study and who only cause a disturbance to the class can GET OUT. please,it's our damn important year this year, don't screw it up. so that'll be the arrangment for further notice.

i'm emploring you again, PLEASE CHANGE AND SHOW OTHERS WE CAN BE GOOD! and so that mr.chan can stop scolding us as if it was the entire class' fault.a

btw,about the class t-shirt. mingzhou has promised me that it SHOULD be ready by wednesday,then if any changes we can give it to him and he can get it done by thursday so we can wear the shirt by friday! haha,lol. i'm not sure if we are allowed to wear our class tee shirt during the ace day, but if we can i hope everyone would wear it. we don't have many chances to wear our class tee shirt in a year.

anyway,remind your groups to do the planning for the sand castle, do it right please. it's like our last chance doing something like this. after this we'll be mugging like hell. and for my group, WHERE IS EVERYONE! lol.

ok, i seriously don't know how many of you would still be reading the class blog.
if there is still anyone here, please help to make this blog a more lively one please.

but in any case, the t shirt is confirmed already. the price is $25.50. it may be a little expensive-but i assure you. it will be better than last year. first of all, the material of the jersey is promised to be one of a higher quality. in addition, we had someone to touch up our design for us so it'll look nicer when it is printed out( that in total costs $30. so avg out will be about 80 cents for each person) and our design is very elaborate. with fading off, it's BIG and it stretches over the sleeve, so it'll rather complicated to do that design. that's the reason why our shirt is a little more expensive this year.

that's the best i can already do. for those who have strong objections i suggest you go and look for a supplier yourself. either way, we're going to start collecting the money on monday, so please bring the money. the faster we bring the money, the faster we can have our shirt. i was told it'll only take around 3 days for everything to be ready(but no promises, this is just an avg gauge)

mid year exams are next week, everyone work hard!

ok seriously, this blog is D-E-A-D! anyone who has the password and username, please post to keep this blog alive! i don't want to always be the one to blog, it's getting kinda boring..

anyway, the class tee price is up. it will cost $25.50 so please try to bring the money by this week! the faster we collect the money, the faster we can start printing and the faster you can get your shirt :D

btw,the shirt is so expensive because we're not using some lousy quality-the quality is good(so i've been told) and the design we are using is very big. furthermore, it stretches beyond your sleeve, so it will be quite hard to make, therefore it is so expensive.

but look on the bright side! i think 4H's jacket/shirt or whatever it is is supposingly more expensive(: (no, im not making a dig at anyone by doing this)

ook! i'm back again, and this time- the deisgn, supplier, everything is finalised exceptt the price!

so, we're going to buy from haoran(which is the same as mingzhou, but i trust haoran..a little more) and the design has changed from the last time.
and i've heard the white shirt looks nice, if you all really want, i can in-coporate the white shirt's pattern into our class-tee. but it might cost a little more, cos got more printing ma. any violent objections? i think it'll look nice too thou(: here's the picture, one more time! (lol)

so anyway, as i've said the logo is out, here it is(please, no more complains-the logo is seriously very nice, just live with it):

okay, here they are. the first one is the logo we're using. it's going to stretch over the left hand of the shirt, if anyone doesn't understand-i'll explain it to them tomorrow. and the second one is the back of the shirt(the bar-code is tentative though) so yes! there is the design! maybe we'll ask steff to draw the three lines down like in the white shirt(on top) and i HOPE we can finally finish with the class tee!

(PS:the price not confirm yet, but i think it will go a little above $20)

class tee part 2

hey guys! i'm back with follow-ups with the class tee. i think the $13 shirt can't buy cause it's internal supplier, if you know what i mean. so besides the $15 dollar shirt, i've found another supplier-the one shi jie went to last time (but he didn't buy in the end):

he said that he could really personalize our shirt any way we wanted (so ours would be the ONLY kind in singapore) most probably, uneless some other lame group stole our design. but then- the price would be about $25 dollars. but this one really can design THE SHIRT, not just the pattern. i forgot to take pictures, but i found some examples of jerseys on the internet(to show you what i mean) of course, we can't use them because they're copyright.. and there wouldn't be an adidas sign

you see the different patterns? yeah, we can design those (and of course, everything else) oh, and of course you can ask the ncc people in our class cause they BOUGHT THIER SHIRT FROM THE SAME GUY.

so there's my suggested proposal, see how many of you would agree to it. either that we are really going to take the orders from mingzhou.. bottom line: the price is expensive, but i'm quite sure the shirt would look damn nice! (maybe we can make it look like adidas one,lol)

that aside, i'm going to ask peishan to collect $4 from everyone starting tomorrow (so please bring the money):
$2 is for the button pin which i posted about earlier (soemone in class has a sample, maybe you all can go and take a look. but more or less, if majority wants, the whole class will get it)
$2 is for class fund for march and april (oops, march cake haven't buy yet)

(PS: remember the chemistry test on energy changes and redox! it's a common test, as well as the physics test on current electricity, dc circuit and practical energy-which is like omg,so much)

those who went for the national cross country REALLY KICKED ARSE! good job everyone.this time we had 6 people in the postion,but it's really ownage,cos first through third are all from 4g!
i hope everyone gave their best for this race! onward 4g! (sports class of the year is ours for sure!)

besides that,some final points about the class tee-shirt(cos ytd i was too sleepy to post a good one) the shirt ordering.same,just bring money on monday. however, there are two new options.
1. follow 4f and buy their shirts from the $15 buy-one-get-one-free (you'll each recieve the two shirts)
2.buy from 4d's tee shirt supplier,which costs $13. however,i'm not sure if i can get that price.
so i'll ask the deicison from the class on monday,as well as the confirmation of the class tee deisgn (edwin promised to get his design up by monday) so you all would choose between the two.

ok,third thing. mr chan wants to ask if we can buy the 4g button pin the dragon scouts were selling. and i kinda approved,i mean-it fosters teamwork doesn't it? it costs $2 each. so if anyone has any violent objections to paying the $2 please tell me if not i will confirm will mr chan 39 orders. thanks!

Congratulation to our class for defending the x-country Champion Class, even though more stronger competitors from sec5 classes!

And we dominated 6 positions out of top 15! So sad hyuk kee didn't run this year, probably could get 7 out of 15 instead..

These are our class winners! The top 3 are the same as secondary 2 top 3!
1st : Hong De, maintaining his gold once again. consecutive four years gold .
2nd : Wai Chong, improved from 12th to 2nd, great improvement!!
3rd : Jia Sheng, getting back his secondary 2 position, top 3 again!
7th : Me.
11th : Puvendran
12th : Koon Leong

That's all i guessed.

And also all top 7 are from nationals x-country team! it consists of hongde, waichong, jiasheng, joonguan, lawrence, mattheus and me! We dam zhai can?! omg. self-praised o.o

HELLO EVERYONE! sorry i posted only now,didn't know you all would really come to see the blog so quickly ><

so yes! about the class tee,as promised. the names,no. and sizes have all been confirmed! PLEASE,no more changes! we're buying the shirt from mingzhou and it's going to cost us $17.90 in total. it'll be best if we would collect payment by tuesday,then we can get the shirts ASAP! so please! from monday onwards,PLEASE start bringing the money! either me or peishan will be collecting the money.

as for the design.. edwin PROMISED me a deisgn,then i will let the class choose which they prefer-if not we're just going ahead with steffie's design((:
anyway,there are three types the no can be printed.i will draw out on monday,and HOPEFULLY show everyone the two designs to ask them to choose.

anyway,that's about it for the class-tee.next thing, CROSS COUNTRY!

hope those who went for the national cross country will be able to recover, esp since they're our top5 people! hahaha(: anyway! if you all don't want to buy drinks from the canoeists,it's ok.cause we can't force you anyway-but if u can,please do bring extra money! :DD (and i heard CHL wants us to buy a 4G-badge?Oo)

tomorrow is CROSS COUNTRY! one of our class's big day yea.. we must secure the guys champion class yea, JIAYOU TO ALL!!
hmm, and peishan will of course secure her championship.
so anyway, JIAYOU PPL!

remember to do the phy homework, if not mr chan don't let u run.
and remember to bring 2 dollars!( mr chan) i think he wants us to buy the button-pin wif 4G logo, i think. so juz bring money, incase.
and remember don't buy drinks from waichong, later u kenna CDC, haha.. JOKING, i'm joking, later the canoing ppl come beat me up..haha..so we support our classmates right^^

school starts tomorrow!!

have you finished all your hw yet?
make sure you don't get scolded on the first day of school.

hmm, so how's the holiday?
i think quite a lot of people were quite busy due to camp and hw.
hope everyone had study and catch up a bit.
and we will continue to work hard, yea?

chem 'O' level SPA is on the Wednesday of the second week of term 2. So everyone, must study! after that, 66.6666% of our o level SPA is fixed le!

about the class tee, i heard that there is a lot of commotion. i don't think we should focus on where we buying and who we buying the shirt from. most importantly, is the shirt, the design and our class TEAM SPIRIT.
whats the point if we did not build up the team spirit instead making things worst. no matter wat, we are in ONE CLASS.

HEEELLLOOO EVERYONE!

it's my second post! i'm not sure how many of you know about this blog,anyway! as promised i'm back from my canoe camp to post more about our class!
btw,before that.thank you yongxiang for putting the tagboard in!

anyway! the class tee still underwayy. wondering who to buy it from cos there're some problems buying it from mingzhou.if i can find any better deals,i will~ for now,the design is somewhat complete.but i was thinking of a more elaborate design,like those full shirt one. but if i do that,the number and name would have to be really small. anyway,besides that. i will be getting the class to re-write their names cos there're some problems like over-lapping of numbers.so please co-operate!

anyway! the next event coming up is the cross country! hongde,jiansheng,waichong,jiasheng (did i miss anyone out?) from our class would be taking part in the NATIONAL cross country! so please do support them ya! it's on the 25th,just two days away from OUR cross country. we're going to be the sports class of the year again this year!

hello everyone!

i'm not sure how many of you know that the class blog is up,but if you're here..! the blog's not fully done yet.mainly cos the template's not completed, the tagboard's not there and so on and so forth. but still good job to rebekah who took time off to do this blogskin for our class!

the pictures are still of last year's batam trip cos that's the best group pictures we have.after our ace camp this year,i gaurantee the pictures will change(: anyway,for those who are reading this, remember to do your phy spa skill3 worksheet and hand up your phy practical book to hongde by tmr 0725!

also,i would like to congraulate the "Groom My School" team for winning first! it's like on tv now, "who'd you think will win" and it's nice to know that Gan Eng Seng won,so good job SLs!
